Farm Club offers children the opportunity to take part in a range of animal care activities, such as mucking out pens, small animal handling and getting up close to the goats and sheep. We may also get involved in seasonal nature based arts and crafts, as well as bushcraft skills such as fire building and lighting.

Children should wear casual clothes they don’t mind getting dirty. Welly boots are essential and a waterproof coat should also be packed.

The Farm will provide water and squash for breaks and lunch time. Children must bring their own snack and lunch for the day.

No. Children must be 8 years old due to our health and safety policy and to ensure that we’re covered by our insurance. Any bookings for children under 8 will not be accepted.

Yes! Our weekend youth clubs are grant funded and as such there are restrictions. But the only restrictions with our holiday clubs are that children are aged 8-13 years old.

Clubs finish at 4pm. Holiday Club Staff are contracted until 4:10pm and children will need to be collected between 4pm and 4:10pm. If you are running late please call the farm on 07309 730531. Your child will need to wait in the farm office until collection.

The information requested needs to be as up to date as possible in order for us to provide a safe service for children. This is why we collect this information each time a child comes to a session.

The information collected enables us to provide a safe and accessible programme, by making any necessary adjustments for the individual children attending each session.

After the session, this data enables us to record children’s participation in Farm activities and help improve our offer. We might use the data you provide to contribute to youth programme monitoring, but if we do your child’s information will never be identifiable and will be made anonymous if shared with any third parties (e.g. grant funders).
